Borderless is a site-specific project made during Uncapitals residency on the border area of Sweden and Finland. This is the place where two different countries and two towns in particular— Haparanda and Tornio — meet each other on the one hand and are separated by the time shift on the other.
The project approaches the issue of time and the attitude towards it of the natives Finns and Swedes. For most of them the act of shifting between zones is never a problem, it is more of a habit, a part of daily life where the border has vanished. Citizens are used to the phenomenon of doubleness — of having two possibilities, an opportunity to start over, or even to cross the border of the law.
The video with the choreography by Olga Zubova and Mikkel Alexander Tøttrup plays with the act of time-shifting in space. The bodies become (in)visible borders between one's decisions and emotions. And the environment is turned to a blank space, a gap from which they hardly can escape and hide. They are stacked, and the time becomes an endless loop.

Borderless - это сайт-специфичный проект, выполненный во время резиденции Uncapitals на границе Швеции и Финляндии. Это место, где две разные страны и два города в частности— Хапаранда и Торнио — встречаются друг с другом с одной стороны и разделены временным сдвигом с другой.
Проект изучает отношение ко времени жителей. Для большинства из них акт перемещения между зонами никогда не является проблемой, это скорее привычка, часть повседневной жизни, когда граница исчезает. Граждане привыкли к феномену двойственности — у них всегда есть еще второй шанс, возможность начать все сначала.
Видео с хореографией Ольги Зубовой и Миккеля Александра Теттрупа играет с актом смещения времени в пространстве. Тела становятся видимыми границами между решениями и эмоциями человека. И окружающая среда превращается в пустое пространство, в брешь, из которой они едва ли могут вырваться и спрятаться. Время превращается в бесконечную петлю.
